Intentionally scheduled toward the end of the week to flush + stretch our muscles after a week of lifting & life. Great for all levels with modifications and substitutions offered.
Get your blood pumping and muscles warm with 30 minutes of bodyweight HIIT and then follow up with dynamic stretches + mobility work.
CIRCUIT TRAINING
Rotate station to station working total body with all the resistance gear! Perfect for all levels with regressions + progressions offered.
You will learn the basics as well as their variations to be able to gain confidence with weights such as dumbbells, kettlebells, cable machine and balls.

If there’s one thing I know how to do its whip a booty into shape. We’ll work on and off the mat doing exercises with bodyweight, bands, and the pilates ball that will build + pump our glutes!
