Semi-Private Strength

These classes are capped at 6 people to maintain optimum attention to form.

All levels welcome but initial 1-1 consult recommended to introduce and review barbell fundamentals pertinent to programming. 

SEMI-PRIVATE STRENGTH

Strength classes are in 6-12 week sessions which is ideal to effectively and safely apply progressive overload. This provides the best results you can see and feel. Programs are designed around functionality, longevity and aesthetics.
